Our Service Order
Processor/Data Management System (SOP/DMS) goes far beyond validating
records against the MSAG. We have built in a multitude
of logic checks that guard against invalid ALI updates and increase the reliability
of your data. The system supports direct service order entry as well as the import
and export of NENA files.
High Performance ALI:
Automatic Location Identification System Retrieval (ALIRS) stores information
using a relational database utilizing Oracle's database technology. The ALIRS
delivers customizable ALI responses to the PSAP. Intersystem Query Validation
(IQV) guarantees a seamless ALI response even if one ALI system fails. When service
orders have passed the SOP/DMS validations, records are sent to redundant Automatic
Location Identification Retrieval Systems (ALIRS). The ALIRS stores the corrected
data so it can be accessed during the times when milliseconds count. Updates
are applied as soon as they are validated in the SOP/DMS. The ALIRS is designed
for fast queries which means less time before information appears on the PSAP
screen.
Integrated Selective Routing:
As the ALIRS is being updated, the selective
routers are being populated with the corresponding data required
for proper call routing. No more misroutes due to the selective
router not having a timely update.
Flexible
PSAP Configurations:
With your ALI and selective routers properly
updated, you can deliver accurate ALI and
agency information to your PSAPs. We give
you the choice of what data to send to
the PSAPs and in whatever format you desire.
If it’s in the database, it can appear
on the PSAP screen. SYSTEM-9 can talk to
both conventional and integrated PSAPs,
using multiple communication protocols
simultaneously.
In-Depth Reporting Functionality:
Our user-friendly interface allows you
to generate custom reports for all call and ALI activity.
Extensive reporting capabilities are built in or use your
own reporting tools to create customized reports.
